In addition he has led the due diligence processes for numerous deals including the divestment of Imdur to China Medical Systems for ~$200m and the divestment of Seloken to Recordati for $300m. Diantha Croese

Diantha is an experienced key alliance manager. Since 2014, she is responsible for the collaboration between three large dutch government organizations in the dutch alliance for data and taxes on wages and benefits.

Prior to this, she worked for the Dutch SSA in several executive positions. In her former role as director of operations in the SSA, she helped build this alliance. Her conviction is that collaboration is a profession rather than a competence. She is a connector with a lot of attention for the relationship and culture.

Croese is a popular speaker on the theme of working together and is also a guest lecturer on this theme for PBLQ, a consultancy firm that focuses on change issues in the information society in the public domain.

De Rouck advises technology partners on how to build a successful integration and guide them through the integration process until going live. Together with the team, they document integrations and train internal and external sales and CS teams in usability, how to sell and set up of our integration.

The commercial aspect of her role consists of setting up sales and marketing plans and drive revenue through our technical partners. To make this successful they are setting up an onboarding and training schedule and creating a tight relationship with their partners.
